Refunds and Returns Policy
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products being perishable. Items sent back to us without authorization will not be accepted. We urge you to inspect your package and products within the first 48 hours of delivery to ensure there are no damages, defects, incorrect, or missing items.
What if an item from my order is missing or incorrect?
If an item(s) from your order is(are) missing or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you capture a picture or video of all received items, as well as your invoice slip, and send them to info@truepawz.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
What if my order is damaged/defective?
Once packages are dispatched through shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for your package. If any damages or defects are observed please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If you're unable to receive proper assistance from the shipping carrier, kindly notify us at info@truepawz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide us with necessary pictures or videos of the damaged or defective item(s) along with details of your concern. We will do our best to address and resolve issues efficiently.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, once orders are dispatched from our facility, responsibility then lies in the hands of the shipping carrier, as we have no control over what happens while your package is in transit. In the event your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
